Vizion Windows guarantees that the windows will be properly installed in your home. Any defects arising from improper installation will be repaired or replaced at no charge to our customers. Any complaints or requests must be brought to our attention in writing.

Vizion Windows will replace any broken panes of glass in our windows free of charge to the customer. However, this warranty does not include broken glass resulting from acts of vandalism or acts of God.

Vizion Windows reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to its products and its product lines. In the event of replacement, we reserve the right to substitute a product or part of equal quality or value.
